Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year has begun.
Class placement is made through diagnostic assessment.

* 등록(Registration): 6월 1일- 6월 30일 (June 1st- June. 30th, 2024)

* 수업기간( Class Period) : 2024년 9월 7일 – 2025년 6월 7일
총 32주 수업/Total 32wks. classes
* 등록 대상(Age Limit): 만 4세 -12학년, 성인
4yrs old to 12th Grade, Adult.
* 수업시간(School hour): 매주 토요일 오전 9시15분-오후 12시 30분
Saturday 9:15am-12:30pm

* 수업 내용( Class content)
한국어(듣기,말하기,쓰기.읽기)/ Korean Language (listening, speaking, writing, reading)
동요/공작(유치부,초등1,2) / Children's song/hands-on experience for PK to Elem.2
주제별 한국문화와 역사/ Korean culture and history by subject
중, 고등부 학생들을 위한 전문가와의 만남/Meeting with experts for MS & HS students
학부모 교육세미나 /Parent Education Seminar
몽고메리 카운티 공립학교로부터 고교생 학점 인정(0.5/yr.)
High school students receive credit from MCPS (0.5/yr.)
* PVSA(대통령자원봉사상) 수여
Pre-approved for SSL for MCPS Volunteer (available for high school students and above):

* 띠앗 자원봉사시간 취득( 온라인 일대일 한국어 학습) -재학생 SSL 취득 가능
Online one-on-one Korean language study- Current students can acquire SSL

한 자녀(Per students): $470.00 ,
두 자녀(Two students): $ 930.00
세 자녀(Three students): $ 1,390.00
* 등록금 지불이 되어야 등록이 완료됩니다
Registration is completed only after payment of the tuition.
* 7월 1일 이후 등록은 50불 추가 부가됨
There is a late fee of $50.00 for the registrants after July.1st.
* 등록상태에 따라 조기 등록 마감 가능
Depending on the registration status, it may close early.

* 환불 안내(Refund Policy)
7월 31일 이전 등록취소: $50 부과/ Cancellation before July 31st: $50 charge
8월 10일 이전 등록취소: $100 부과/ Cancellation before August 10th: $100 charge
9월 16일 이후 등록취소: 환불 안 됨/ Cancellation after September 16th: No Refund

          미주한국어교육반 (미주반, Korean-American Class) 
                 한 자녀 (1 child)      –  $470/ 일 년 (1 year)
                 두 자녀 (2 children)  –  $930/ 일 년 (1 year)
                 세 자녀 (3 children)  –  $1,390/ 일 년 (1 year)
 
          한국교과과정반 (한교과, Korean Public School Class)
          Educational Program for Students Returning to Korea (Korean, Math, Social Studies, etc.)
                 한 자녀 (1 child)      –  $500/ 1학기 (1 semester)
                 두 자녀 (2 children)  –  $1000/ 1학기 (1 semester)
                 세 자녀 (3 children)  –  $1500/ 1학기 (1 semester)
          특별활동 (한자반) Extra-Curricular (Hanja) for korean public School class Student ONLY
                 $120 / per person for 1 semester
2.   등록 방법 – How to register
        1)    수표로 보낼 경우 – If paying by check
                 * Payable to KAEF

        2)    Zelle로 보낼 경우 – If paying by Zelle

        3)    현장 등록 – Registration in School
                 * June 1st and June 8th, 9:30-11:00 AM at the office.

3.   기타 안내 – Other Information

1)     등록 후 7일 이내에 환불이 가능합니다. (등록비 $50을 뺀 나머지가 환불됩니다.)

– You can request a refund within 7 days of registration (excluding a $50 registration fee).

2)     날씨로 인해 학교가 Closed 경우는 Fairfax County Public Schools 일정에 따릅니다.

수업은 온라인(줌 수업)으로 진행됩니다.

– If School closes due to weather, we follow the schedule of FCPS.

– Classes will be held online (via Zoom).

3)    7월 1일부터 $50이 추가됩니다.

– Registrations beyond May 31st will cost you an additional $50.

4.   2024-2025 학년도 개학 날짜 – First day of school for the 2024-2025 school year
